NBSRW- MODULE I
Participating in this workshop you will:
• Gain a solid base for the practice of forest therapy.
• Assimilate sensory forms to explore your environment.
• Learn techniques of nature connection.
The workshop will consist of a practical and theoretical experiences, during the workshop we will do several Forest Therapy Walks.
The workshop is led by Alex, a mentor and trainer.

WHAT TO BRING: A water bottle, some light snacks; Comfortable clothes and shoes that are appropriate for the weather conditions.

Is a Forest Therapy Certified Guide, Trainer and Guiding Mentor.
Quejigos or Carrasqueño oaks forest sits in the shadow of the Sierra de Atapuerca. This is the chosen location for our walk, on a small slope that looks towards the wide and fertile valley watered by the Vena.
The rain offers a vast range of possibilities for connection with nature. Walks will be canceled only in case of severe storms. We will walk with light rain showers.
(*) We recommend you arrive up to 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The end time is approximate. The timings can vary depending on the weather conditions and the number of participants in each walk.
