In this forest bathing walk we will enjoy the pleasures of the forest.

WHAT TO BRING: A water bottle, some light snacks; Comfortable clothes and shoes that are appropriate for the weather conditions.

Is a Forest Therapy Certified Guide, Trainer and Guiding Mentor.
Along the route the mixed forest of oaks and riparian species will accompany the journey. Also, the forests of adult pine forests will be visited. A section of the path runs parallel to the Golako River, a stream of the Oka River, part of the Urdaibai Biosphere Reserve. Stop at any place of the route, watch the water flow and listen to the sounds and music notes that accompany your path.
The rain offers a vast range of possibilities for connection with nature. Walks will be canceled only in case of severe storms. We will walk with light rain showers.
(*) We recommend you arrive up to 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The end time is approximate. The timings can vary depending on the weather conditions and the number of participants in each walk.
