Collserola is a green island of Holm oaks, oaks and centenary pine trees, which, given its canopy density, prevents sunlight from entering through the forest, increasing its shadows and humid environment, making it very special at the same time.
This forest bathing walk starts on the path of the Font Groga. Walk slowly among its trees, you can choose any corner of the forest to stop the route. It is time to observe and listen to the forest. What does it tell you?
The rain offers a vast range of possibilities for connection with nature. Walks will be canceled only in case of severe storms. We will walk with light rain showers.

What is a forest bathing walk?
A forest bathing walk is a calm walk of no more than one kilometer, immerse in nature, lasting from 2 to 3 hours.
What is the Nature Based Stress Reduction and Wellbeing program (NBSRW)?
It's a forest bathing workshop focus into learn tools to prevent and reduce stress and improve well-being through nature connection where you will learn techniques to connect with nature. It combines the practice of forest baths with theoretical content.
What could I get from these activities?
Forest bathing walks and workshops are wellness activities. They are therapeutic practices that improve your mental, physical and immunological health. You will slow down and, likely, earn some tools for your daily life.
How is this different from a hike?
From the therapeutic point of view, through the senses, in a calm way, and moving consciously we will open a space of listening and acceptance that requires attention. They are not intended to perform physical exercises.
I'm not very fit, does this matter?
The forest bathing walks are designed to slow down and suitable for all levels of fitness. However, if you have a specific health condition please mention it on the registration form.
What do you do when it rains?
Our programs are suitable for rain or sun. We will hold our programs through all types of weather, if, by doing it so, this will not be hazardous or unsafe.
What should I bring to the forest bathing walk?
Water bottle (recommended 1.5 liters) and some snacks.
Do I need any special clothing or equipment?
Clothing and footwear appropriate for weather conditions. We recommend waterproof boots.
How many people are in one activity?
Maximum of 20 people for forest bathing walks and 10 for the workshops.
What happens if you or I cancel the walk?
In case of cancellation, the client will be informed as soon as possible. After cancellation you will receive a total refund for all the value paid to date or, if you prefer, alternative dates.
In case of cancellation of reservation by the client, the total refund of payment will be done when cancellation is made 48 hours prior to the date of the activity.
