Collserola is a green island of Holm oaks, oaks and centenary pine trees, which, given its canopy density, prevents sunlight from entering through the forest, increasing its shadows and humid environment, making it very special at the same time.
This forest bathing walk starts on the path of the Font Groga. Walk slowly among its trees, you can choose any corner of the forest to stop the route. It is time to observe and listen to the forest. What does it tell you?

The rain offers a vast range of possibilities for connection with nature. Walks will be canceled only in case of severe storms. We will walk with light rain showers.

(*) We recommend you arrive up to 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The end time is approximate. The timings can vary depending on the weather conditions and the number of participants in each walk.
